When the girls asked how I wanted to celebrate my birthday, I couldn’t think of anything better than watching them smile. When we were invited to Great Wolf Lodge Anaheim for the weekend, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to celebrate. A double bonus was that Ian was finally in town to celebrate it with us.
We arrived on a Saturday morning and were greeted by the friendliest staff. They were so excited to give me my birthday wolf ears (that the girls made me wear all weekend!) They got their Paw Passes and we were off to the races. The Paw Pass allows the kids to experience everything that the resort has to offer from
- Choice of MagiQuest game
- Choice of classic or colored wand, standard topper or Magi belt
- One Creation Station animal (outfit not included)
- One Paw Points arcade / attractions card (20 points)
- One 12 oz. candy cup
- One pair of Great Wolf Lodge goggles from Bear Essentials Swim Shop
- One Glitz Glitter Tattoo
- One Leather Treaty name bracelet from Buckhorn Exchange Gift Shop
We of course started in the candy shop! After filling up their cups we went down to the Creation Station to create their favorite stuffed character for the weekend.
For lunch our girls got an extra special treat. They got to hit the kitchen at Great Wolf Lodge Anaheim with Chef Cat Cora and the Junior Chef Council to learn all about the new kids menu. They even got to help make our lunch! They made a delicious Pizza Burger for #nationalpizzaday.
The rest of our trip the girls hit the waterpark and Ian and I even joined in on the fun on the family water slide. After our steak dinner at the Lodge Wood Fire Grill the girls were on to the Arcade and then started their MagiQuest. Half way through her game our little Penna gave up to join the dance party. Mia was determined ! While Penna danced the night away, Mia earned her title as Magi Master. A true honor at Great Wolf Lodge Anaheim. The next morning she got to celebrate with a special ceremony in the hotel.
