Growing up my brothers and I used to play games in the car to pass the time on road trips. I spy with my little eye was always my favorite. In LA we spend ALOT of time in the car. Traffic is the worst and my daughters learned at a very early age about eye spy. The girls started noticing all the amazing things and people around LA. Our ride to school, down Hollywood Blvd allowed the children to view some very interesting people (from spiderman to hello kitty) in the mornings. Our ride home from school ( Melrose Blvd) took us down one of the greatest streets for observing street art in Los Angeles. One day Mia asked to stop and see the painting that she used to play eye spy. That day started our wall crawl through Los Angeles. The girls started spending their time looking out the windows for the brightest and most cheerful paintings across the city. Car rides quickly turned into someone yelling stop and we would have to park illegally so we could grab the cutest shot. The girls started planning outfits for their favorite works of art and quickly became the directors of the photo shoots. Our after-school adventures haven’t stopped since. I have grown a greater appreciation for street art since living in Los Angles and love sharing the beautiful works of art that we find with our followers. If you are ever in the LA area check out some of our favorite walls or start your own wall crawl in your city! Don’t forget to tag us !
